Hello and welcome to our info page! 

We would like to offer all students a place to ask questions concerning their studies. If you’re ever not sure who would be able to help, you can always contact us. 

If we can’t assist you ourselves, we have a number of advisory services, as well as direct contacts to whom we can refer you.

One of our tasks is the refund of the semester ticket fee. For example, if you’re not able to use it, or if you are in a financially difficult situation and unable to afford it.

In addition, the AStA also offers counseling regarding personal issues, by our member Saji. Whether by him, or one of our other members, we always offer an independent and confidential consultation.

The secretary’s office arranges appointments regarding a variety of free counseling services:

• • Legal advice on tenancy law
